Ryan Brozek
Co-Founder
Ryan is responsible for the management and direction of the organization and its affiliate companies – RB3 Consulting Engineers, RB3 Interiors, and RB3 Builders Group. Ryan has been a key leader in the growth and development of the various business units since its inception in 2016, in addition to management of the day-to-day operations.
Prior to the formation of RB3 Development, LLC, Ryan was Senior Project Manager at Inglese Architecture + Engineering where he lead and managed the organization’s MEP engineering dept.
Ryan earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus, in 2015.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time at his family’s shore house in Seaside Park, NJ, enjoying time with friends, golfing, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Bradley Brozek
co-founder
Bradley is responsible for the management and construction of projects that RB3 Development, LLC acquires. Bradley has been a key leader in locating, acquiring, and executing projects for the company since its beginnings in 2016. Bradley’s sales and networking experience is a key component to the development business and its affiliate companies to produce a pipeline of opportunities that funnels to the various business units.
Prior to RB3 Development LLC, Bradley was a Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager for Tricon Construction where he managed and constructed multiple medical and warehouse fit outs for various organizations including Atlantic Heath Systems, Black Creek, and KRE.
Bradley decided to gain his education through extensive work experience, being involved in many entrepreneurial ventures early on in his career. After visualizing the great possibilities and potential of combining construction knowledge and creativity with the quantitative and engineering mind of his brother, Ryan, RB3 Development, LLC was formed.
Outside of work, Bradley finds many ways to be active through surfing and golfing. Bradley also enjoys being social and expanding his network through social events and clubs.
